Past Programs

The Rossland YAN has offered a diverse array of programs for youth in our many years of operation. Part of the YAN’s mandate is to provide YOUTH-DRIVEN programming that is relevant, safe and fun.

That means youth are the ones coming up with program ideas. As such, programs are continually changing based on the interests and priorities of local teens.

Here are some examples of past programs:

MakerLab:

The MakerLab is a meeting ground for youth who share a keen interest in all aspects of technology.  In the past, we have offered all sorts of fun classes and workshops. Whether it is robotics, motion graphics, creating and printing 3D models.

We would love to get this program back up and running and are looking for someone who can operate a 3d printer and the associated programs.

If you have skills in any of the above and are interested in sharing them with youth in the community, please contact us at rosslandyan@gmail.com.
