After two incredible years leading the Rossland Youth Action Network (YAN), Mariano will be stepping away from his role at the end of June.
Mariano has been a cornerstone of youth programming in Rossland — first as a facilitator, and later as our dedicated YAN Coordinator with the Family Action Network. His unwavering commitment helped build a safe, welcoming space for local youth five days a week. From organizing engaging programs to recruiting the elusive unicorn — volunteers! — Mariano brought heart, energy, and purpose to everything he did.
We’re so grateful for the time, talent, and care he’s poured into this work and into the youth of our community.
Mariano, thank you for your leadership, your friendship, and your fierce dedication to making a difference. You will be deeply missed — but we wish you all the best in your next adventure.
